Stability
Staying physically and emotionally steady enough to meet the moment.
Rhinewine Seminars
A four-session life skills class in Stability, Clarity, Agency, and Connection.
Practical skills for staying grounded, clear, purposeful, and connected when stress rises.
The premise
Pressure narrows us. The body tightens. The mind jumps to stories. Impulses take over. Relationships become harder to navigate. This class teaches practical skills for staying more available to reality when calm is not available.
Four skill domains
Staying physically and emotionally steady enough to meet the moment.
Seeing what is actually happening without getting captured by the mind's emergency story.
Choosing workable action based on values rather than impulse, avoidance, fear, or habit.
Remaining relational without losing oneself.
